Ingredients for 4 person
- 200 g millet
- 500 ml milk or almond milk
- 4 tbs honey
- 2 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbs chinese five spice
- 100 ml sweet white wine
Preparation
Pour the milk, the millet and 2 tablesppn honey into a pot. Cook the mixture at low temperature, stir stirring frequently, until the mixture going creamy. Peel the apples and pear, next cut a small pieces. Drop the apples and pears into a pit, pour the remain honey, the chinese five spices and the white wine. Cook in low temperature until it will be thicknes. Mix the apple sauce. Serve the millet pudding chilled, with spicy applesauce.
